After a sold-out run during Cafe Nordo's inaugural Pressure Cooker, this poetic new play will be remounted as the mainstage show for Cafe Nordo's Summer Season.

It's the Devil's last night on Earth, and she and her cohorts titillate, beguile, and entertain their guests with stories of the Devil's greatest triumphs and darkest secrets while they enjoy four courses of devil-inspired dishes. From the devil’s own fall to Earth to the fall of Adam & Eve, through Faustus, and all the way to the modern day, Sundown at the Devil’s House features live music, and strange goings-on that sinuously interlace a story about the Devil's love for music and mankind.

With a stellar cast, a southern-inspired four-course menu created by Nordo chef Erin Brindley, music by Aaron Joshua Shay, Pete Irving, and the St. Judas Stringband, and designs by local favorites, Zane Exactly, Cami Funk, Chris Leher, and Carolina Johnson, it promises to be a thrilling, poignant evening of theater.
